The Winter Bird is such a good and doable project. You start with a simple bird with simple shaping, lovely on its own, but I wanted to add a little more. I made a cute sweater that includes the wings, then I added a hat and scarf. I had so much fun bundling up the Winter Birds in their woolens. It’s impossible to only knit one. The Winter Birds could be used as toys, home decor, or as ornaments to hang. You decide.
